Dear brothers and sisters,
By the grace of Allah we have started the first phase of the mezzanine project to expand the sisters area with a new floor.
So far insha Allah:
– Both the old cubicles for the men’s and women’s entrances are being removed (see 1st picture)
– current curtain (picture 2) will be removed
– old staircase for sisters will be removed (3rd picture)
– Steel framework for Mezzanine will be installed insha Allah
Due to the amount of heavy work and redesign to the sisters area we will unfortunately have to close the sisters side for the time being.
Due to health and safety, we also ask that you don’t bring young children to the masjid.
May Allah reward you all for donating. We still need funds for the second phase and so the fundraising continues bi’idhnillaah.
